Description: Some Service Agreements may have a Current Balance owing however the Payoff Balance may be zero. CC&B will align the Current Balance with the Payoff Balance by creating a synchronizing adjustment to bring the Current Balance to zero. Some Service Agreements may have a different Current and Payoff Balance. CC&B will align the Current Balance with the Payoff Balance by creating a synchronizing adjustment.
